French Classic Popular Food Chocolate souffle

Chocolate souffle is an outstanding desert in France and all over the world , its originate in France and its a  famous desert and food of France. A soufflé cooked by dry heat in an oven egg-based sauce dish it arose in the beginning 18th century in France.



Soufflé made with the ingredients egg yolks and beaten or mixed egg whites and chocolate which is mixed and mingled with different and more new ingredients and served as a dessert. The word soufflé is the French infinitive souffle and the meaning of this word is  (to inhale or breath) or (to gust or puff)

Ingredients

3 to 4 tablespoons Unsalted butter,  
1/4 cup sugar and baking dish
6 to 8  ounces semisweet chocolate, bite-sized chopped, 
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 egg yolks Slightly Beaten, 4 egg whites
1/4  teaspoon cream of tartar

Directions

 turn on your oven and let it heat up to the  350 degrees.
mildly butter 1 1/2 cup in baking dish. cover with sugar, tap for a loop to out excess. arrange dish on a surrounded baking sheet.

In a wide bowl (bowl should be heatproof) set layer a pot of boiling water, vanilla and combine chocolate then 4 tablespoon water. move spoon until chocolate is liquefied and the mixture gets smooth over 10 minutes. set this mixture to room temperature to let this cool till 20 minutes.

mix egg yolks into chocolate mixture. Set souffle base to one side in a mixing bowl, mix the egg whites with the cream of tartar between medium until  Soft, Firm, and Stiff Peaks form, after 2 minutes add sugar and mix until tip sleek peaks add egg-white mixture into egg-based dish  With a rubber blunt lightly cut down.

move mixture to the dish set your oven temperature to  30 to 35 minutes and bake. (you should not open oven until 25 minutes). after 30 to 35 minutes remove from the oven.




 you can dust confectioners sugar over chocolate souffle or you can make a hole in the center of chocolate souffle by using a spoon, and pour chocolate sauce flow rapidly in a steady stream into souffle,  you can sever with any cream.
