Few diet plans left you hungry or not satisfied, difficult to manage, not having time, well this can be the main reason that many people don't feel to follow any diet.
During the starting phase of dieting, you can go through the low carb, stomach upset, or some other basic issues but after a few days your body will adapt it and you will start feeling good.

There are three steps to lose weight by following a low carb diet plan.
1. Cut down carbs
It's important to cut sugar and carbohydrates when you avoid this food your hunger level goes down and starts burning fat. Having low carbs helps to reduce bloating. Research also suggests a low carb diet because it lowers appetite.
2. Have Protein, vegetables
We all need to add protein, fat, and low carb vegetables to our meals.
try to eat three times a day if you feel hungry add your fourth meal.

- Sprouts

3. Weight Lifting
It's not necessary to do exercise daily but thrice a week lift some weight because this has some benefits, weight lifting helps to burn fats so by just doing your basic work you can lift some weights like a bucket while cleaning home lift some handy furniture. Lifting weight builds muscles and burns out your fat. If you don't have time to join Gym do some basic exercise at home or park, like running, walking, swimming, cardio.
I will tell you to cheat one day in a week, you can have more carbs as much you want, mostly choose Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
It's very important to have healthy foods like oats, potatoes(My Fav.), sweet potatoes and of course fruits. If you will not reduce your carbs it will be quite difficult to lose weight.
